You may need the FAIR Plan. Get application-ready first.
Colorado FAIR Plan eligibility is not just a form. Before applying, organize your standard-market declinations, property information and the licensed registered agent who will handle the application. Then prepare for the Plan's inspection process.

The value of this page is procedural. Instead of sending a stressed homeowner straight to another quote form, HAVRYO shows what needs to exist before the FAIR Plan path is actionable.
Keep the declinations
Record the insurer, date and evidence of each decline. The current Plan requires three different insurer declinations for eligibility.
Get property facts right
Use accurate property information. Do not guess roof, construction or occupancy details just to complete an application faster.
Use the proper agent channel
The FAIR Plan does not sell directly to consumers. Work through a Colorado-licensed agent or broker registered with the Plan.
Finish the inspection
Current residential procedures require an inspection before policy issuance. Follow the Plan's actual instructions and deadlines.
Eligibility is easier to navigate when the evidence is organized.
This is a natural place for HAVRYO to become more than content: a homeowner can track market attempts, upload or record declinations, maintain property facts and see what remains incomplete before speaking with a registered agent.
HAVRYO does not approve eligibility. The FAIR Plan and participating licensed professionals control the actual application and underwriting process.
Three different insurer declinations
Current Colorado FAIR Plan eligibility materials require proof that the property was declined by three different insurance companies.
No direct consumer purchase
Consumers apply through Colorado-licensed agents or brokers who are registered with the FAIR Plan.
Required before residential issuance
The Plan's current residential inspection materials describe a virtual self-guided property inspection as the standard process.
Rules can change
HAVRYO should attach source and last-verified dates to eligibility requirements and recheck them before presenting an application-ready status.
